Assembled by hand in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, the Filth Eternal Echo Drive is based on the RadioShack Realistic Electronic Reverb which is now available in a reliable pedal form, built to take years of use and abuse. Featuring Burr Brown OPA2134 op amps, PT2399 delay chip, and Switchcraft switches, the FILTH ETERNAL ECHO DRIVE finally makes this circuit available for studio and stage.
The FILTH ETERNAL ECHO DRIVE improves on the original unit by making the Echo & Drive circuits separately switchable, and includes a toggle to order your drive before your echo, or vice versa. This allows for cleaner pronunciation of the vintage style slapback echo, all the way up to roaring fuzzed out shoegaze and psychedelia.
The Drive circuit is a medium gain harmonic overdrive that uses the OPA2134 op amp to accentuate the unique color and break up of the original unit as it’s analog inputs were overloaded in garages all across the world.
The FILTH ETERNAL ECHO DRIVE was developed by the band and pedal whiz Jeffrey Ollar of Lemon Sundrop Electronics in our first collaboration, with prototypes filling out the guitars of our previous album Love is a Lie, Filth is Eternal, and our newest album FIND OUT.
